Fees
Program related fees are for services rendered and are not contingent on the outcomes of those services. Fees received by AdopteeBridge LLC, reflect the organization’s reasonable and necessary expenses for provisions of service, training of volunteers and staff. AdopteeBridge LLC ensures full disclosure of expected total fees and estimated expenses payable to AdopteeBridge LLC. Fees are available upon request. Clients realize that an increase in fees for collaborating or outside agencies is beyond the control of AdopteeBridge LLC. Clients understand fees are owed to AdopteeBridge LLC according to AdopteeBridge’s payment schedule.

AdopteeBridge LLC accepts payment by personal check, credit, or debit card. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Payment by Personal Check—Paying fees by personal check is acceptable; however a fee of $75 will be assessed for checks that are not bank honored.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card—AdopteeBridge LLC accepts U.S.-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)

Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it with processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections. Payments for our services are processed and managed using the third party vendor Stripe. You can read their privacy policy here.

Credit Card Fee
As of October 1, 2018: If paying by credit card, a 2.9% credit card fee will be applied to the invoice. No additional credit card fee will be applied to families paying by cash or check

Refunds
All payments for activity fees are due in full at the beginning of an event, session, or activity, unless otherwise specified in specific payment plans. No refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of a given event, unless otherwise specifically specified in a payment plan or unless AdopteeBridge cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Adjustment of Fees
Fees are not waived or reduced unless there are extraordinary circumstances, as approved by AdopteeBridge LLC’s President. In general, the enrollment fee is not refundable. Refund requests must be made in writing and approved by AdopteeBridge LLC’s Director.

All fees are subject to change. AdopteeBridge LLC will provide notification of increased fees

Notification of Changes
AdopteeBridge LLC reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change.
